She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara (Anderson) and Leslie Hall Delk, Jr.; her husband David Allen Keith; and her brother Gregory Delk. She is survived by: her children, Katelynde Elaine Keith (Freddy Duffy) and Gregory Allen Keith; her grandchildren, Aspen and Lukas Duffy; and her siblings, Donna Slayton (Dale), Dawn Dunford (Jamie) and Roger Delk.
