She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Levi Middleton and Katherine Mae Middleton (Presley); and her husband Jesse Ray Haven. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Haven, Ange Tims (Brian) and Laura Haven; and her brother Howard Middleton. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
