Sarah Jane Gentry Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Jane Gentry of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, born in Washington, Kentucky, who passed away on April 19, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Welch and Ruby Welch (Kays); her husband Elmer R. Gentry; and her granddaughter Kayla Jones. She is survived by: her children, Alice Daugherty (Timothy Hand), David Gentry (Sandy) and James Gentry (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Amanda, Shelby, Kiara, Morgan and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Drew, Addy, Landen, Ashton, Claire, Rosalie and Beckham; and her sisters, Liz Welch and Bonnie Clark. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
