He is survived by: his wife Tina Miller of Shepherdsville; his sons, Levi Michael Miller and Luke Russell Miller; his parents, Ronnie Miller and Janie Miller of Shepherdsville; and his grandmother Ann Vernon of Palm City, FL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
