He was predeceased by: his mother Beatrice Wade; and his sister Debra Hamrick. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Wade; his children, Randall Wade (Michelle), Tina Keller and Justin Wade (Erin); his brother James Pinkston; and his niece Jami Avis.
