It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosaline Ratchford (Shepherdsville, Kentucky), who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Perkins and Gladys Perkins (Jackson); her husbands, Arthur, Sarles and Paul Ratchford; and her grandson Johnny Tuggay, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Tuggay (John), Kimberly Edwards (Paul), Laurie McLain (Gene Norman) and Roschanna Cline (Michael); her grandchildren, Josh Tuggay, Johan Tuggay, Jontaya Lujan, Thomas Comstock III, Nitasha Morris, Charles Winebrenner, Shannyn Kay Comstock and Cody Hensley; her siblings, Ellis, John and Mary; and her close friend Phil Curtis. She is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
