He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Atzinger (Faulkner) and Albert Atzinger; his wife Mary "Tinker" Atzinger (Westbay); his granddaughter Torrie Baker; and his siblings, Sarah J. Hert, Molly Atzinger, Geraldine Atzinger, Betty Cissell, Sonny Atzinger, Seibert Atzinger Sr. and Coleman Atzinger.

He is survived by: his children, Kerissa E. Jeffries, Ronald Lee Atzinger Jr. (Jennifer) and Shannon Tindall (Jody); and his brother Buddy "Jerome" Atzinger. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
