She was predeceased by: her husband William Louis Mills; her parents, James William and Annie Mae Worner (Taylor); her children, Mary Constance Crutcher (Connie) and Richard Daniel Mills; and her grandson Miles Hendrick.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Mills (Linda), William Mills, Jr. (Florinda), Theresa Hinton (David), Cecilia Kaler (Howard), Rebecca Hendrick and Amelia Brosick. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
