He is survived by: his children, Billie Pennington (Kenneth), Sherrie Taylor (Ricky) and Barry; his significant other Elsie Sullivan; and his siblings, Euldene Duncil and Bobby Bates (Rosa). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 4 great great-grandchildren.
