He is survived by: his daughters, Sherry Hunter (Mike) and Teresa Hook (Andy); his grandchildren, Shandi Enfield, Cody Hook (Angel) and Dalton Hook (Tracey); his great grandchildren, Ethan Enfield, Sheridan Enfield and Gracelyn Hook; and his siblings, Delbert Martin (Gail), Kenny Martin (Hellena) and Cindy P'Pool (Darrell).
