He was predeceased by: his parents, James Perkins and Martha Perkins; and his brother Doug Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Tina Rader (Josh), Jami Perkins, James Clark (Asia), Ashley Perkins and Madison Perkins (John); and his siblings, Brenda Perkins, George Perkins (Sandra), Ronald Perkins (Theresa), Darrell Perkins (Kim) and Katherine Wright (Tim). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, along with many other nieces and nephews.
