He was predeceased by: his parents, John Y, Jr. and Helen G. Curtsinger. He is survived by: his children, Michael Curtsinger (Barbara), Angela Martinez and Brian Curtsinger; and his sisters, Sue Shanks (Claude) and Kim Hatcher. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 2 nephews and 2 nieces.
