He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lee Bale and Mary Jane Portman Bale; and his sister Michelle Cahill. He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Bale; his children, Jeremy Napper and Kelley McCoy (Rick); his grandchildren, Annabale Rose McCoy and Allen Richard McCoy; his siblings, Mike Bale (Nancy), Paul Bale, Greg Bale, Donna Cowles (Kenny) and Cheryl Cahill; and also, Joey, Shelly Rippy, Jeff, Teresa Clark, Rick, Terri and Ricky Conover.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165).
