He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca Swift; and his grandmother Beth Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kristian Miller; his daughter Bethany Miller; his siblings, Gary Miller, Tommy Swift, Karen Jarrell and Betty Jane Swift; and his cousins, James Jarrell and Danielle Settles.
