He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Smith (Taylor); his sons, John David Smith (Denise) and James Daniel Smith (Katina); his grandchildren, Katie Smith, Jacob Smith, Chris Smith (Katie), Leslie Smith and Josh Smith (Kim); his great grandchildren, Tyler Smith and Grant Smith; and his brother Ed Smith (Janet). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
