She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Gaddis; her son Charles Earl Patrick, Jr.; and her parents, Robert Vaughn and Lucille Vaughn. She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Garrett (Tracy), Jenny Patrick, Robin Patrick and Kathryn Florence; her brothers, Terry Collyer (Heather), Robert Vaughn (Sonny) and Jack Vaughn; her stepsons, Michael and Justin Gaddis; and her grandchildren, Josie, Jamie, Sarah, Jade, Aiden and Travis.
