He is survived by: his wife Kathy Green; his children, Patrick Green, Jr. of Concord, NC, Ambra Nicole Green of Shepherdsville and Tyler Bowden of Delaware; his parents, Joseph Green of Louisville and Gwen McCue of Louisville; his siblings, Dee Dee Richardson of West Point, Pamela Coy of Leitchfield, Patricia Foley of Park City, KY, Renee Green of Louisville, Phillip Green of Louisville, Jamie White of Louisville, Elijah Green of Louisville, Marlena Green of Louisville, Samantha Ray of Louisville, Paula Watkins of Louisville and Leah Coomer of Louisville; his stepbrothers, Michael McCue of Louisville and Christopher McCue of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Karlee, Greyson and Kaislee. He is also survived by family members and friends.
