She is survived by: her pet Dutchess; her children, Alicia Melchiors of Shepherdsville and Timothy Preston Madera of Shepherdsville; her sisters, Connie Sue Williams of Shepherdsville and Rhonda Lee Smith of Louisville; her grandchildren, Brittany Malone (Kyle), Austin Madera and Hadassah Melchiors; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Lankford and Nora Smith. She is also survived by family members and friends.
