She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Proctor and Maggie Proctor; and her brothers, Millard, Gordon and Gusty Proctor.
She is survived by: her brother Don Proctor (Gail); her nieces, Andilyn Korfhage (Paul), Tammy Settles (Randolph), Kathy Stevens (Todd) and Jan Meador (John); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Megan, Olivia, Cody, Austin, Amanda, Amy and John.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will only be a private graveside service at Highland Memory Gardens in Mt. Washington, KY.
