He is survived by: his son Steven Lewis; his grandson Jeremy Lewis; his siblings, Leo Lewis, Elaine Mattingly and Helen Hahn; and his close friends, Jeff and Neva Heckel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
