She is survived by: her husband Willard Burkhead; her daughters, Linda Gentry (Danny) and Sandra Wright; her siblings, Jerome Robert "Jerry", James Thomas Spalding (Rose), Betty Ann Cheatham (Richard), Patricia Carol Spalding (Marlin) and Mary Sue Goff (Gary); her sister-in-law Martha Spalding; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Sarah, Erica, Benjamin and Sophia.
