He was predeceased by: his father Loren "Bob" Puckett. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Puckett; his siblings, Zachary Clemons (Hannah), David Jeffries, Kara Puckett, Turner Puckett, Dalton Puckett and Kayla Puckett; and his grandparents, Melvin and Martha Sanders.
