He is survived by: his wife Judy Samuels Hodge; his children, Tammy Browning (Russell), Brian Hodge, Damion Hodge (Mandy), Amanda Tackett and Aaron Hodge (Lana); his grandchildren, Timmy Browning (Krystne), Michael Hampton (Jonathan), Michael Osborne, Hailey (Kylie Hodge), Krysta (Jenna Hodge), Austin (Dalton Hodge), Bryant (Aubrey Cole), Lexie Hodge and Peyton (Cameron); his siblings, Hazel Shelton and Steve Hodge; and his niece Crystal Samuels. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
