She is survived by: her children, Ronald L. Hazelwood (Tammy) and DeAnna Mingus (David); her grandchildren, Amanda Hazelwood, Alexandra Hazelwood, Olivia Hazelwood, Joshua Coolidge, Kathleen Holt and Nathaniel Panter; her great grandchildren, Layla Ray, Shaelyn Woodson, Landen Woodson, Emma Brown, Summer Day, Autumn Day, Ella Hazelwood, Tink Logsdon, Chloe Clemons, Jordan Clemons and Abby Kendall; and her siblings, James Corley (Stella) and Sharon Corley Panter (Patrick). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
