She is survived by: her children, Martha Hall (Thomas), Ronald Kittle, Jr. (Michelle), Todd Kittle (Jolena) and Matthew Kittle (Jody); her grandchildren, Bryce Kittle, Luke Kittle, Blake Kittle, Adam Hall, Devan Kittle, Braden Kittle, Emmy Jo Kittle and Bobbie Ann Kittle; her siblings, David Arthur Bates, III and Betty Simpson; her close friends, Patty Grider, Juanita Kittle and Julie Johnson; and her caregivers, Marsha, Heather, Coni, Missy and Lanisha.
