He is survived by: his wife Cathy Bogard (Head); his children, Alicia Halpin (Jonathan) and Mike Bogard (Burgundy); his siblings, Donnie Bogard (Pat), Linda Whitworth, Debbie Norman and Teresa Kelley (Joe); his grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Cadence, Jalin, Chace and Owen; and his pet Sammy. He is also survived by friends, nieces, and nephews.
