It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Jean Carnes of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Bailey and Emogene Bailey; and her brother Ralph Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Eddie Carnes; her son Jason Carnes (Missy); and her grandchildren, Emily and Jackson Carnes.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be given to the ALS Association, KY Chapter.
