She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Leslie and Jackie Pool; her husband George Wells, Jr.; and her son George Wells, III. She is survived by: her children, Michael Ray Wells of Shepherdsville, Cynthia Kay Deaver (Richard) of Shelbyville and Mark Leslie Wells (Tara) of Mt. Washington; her siblings, Linda Mae Pool (Ronnie Boy) of White Plains and Jerry Ray Pool (Bonita Jo) of White Plains; her grandchildren, Michael Ray Wells, II, Charla Kay Shepherd, Heather Nicole Wells, Joshua Brandon Wells (Sara), Darian Leigh Combs (Bradley), Dru Lacy McIntosh (Hayden) and Savannah Faith Wells; her great grandchildren, Adyn, Christian, Kygan, Charity, Destyna, Kaylani, Bentley, Luana, Parker, Axel, Opal Lacy, Hazel, Olin and Lily Mae; her niece Patty Jo; and her nephew James Ray.
