She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Klein Sr. and Nora Nickell Klein; and her husband Charles M. Phelps Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Phelps Jr. (Tina), Keith Phelps (Jackie) and Richard Phelps (Sue); her grandchildren, Angela (Justin), Josh, Ashley (Nick), Zachary (Jessica), Natalie (Colin), Johanna (Andrew) and Ben (Kate); her great grandchildren, Jack, Kate, Ryan, Seeley, Alma, Eirene, Mae, Beau and Ruth Ann; and her brother Glenn Klein (Anna). She is also survived by her family.
