He is survived by: his wife Angela Wales; his children, Libby Ann Brown (Tim), Jesse Roy Wales (Angie) and Amanda Rose Browning (Nathan); and his siblings, Fannie Philpot (Norman) and Gale Waters. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other family and friends.
