We bid farewell to Lee Jean Likens of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, born in Burkesville, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 3, 2024 at the age of 79. Lee touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Lee may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lee touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Lewis (Cash) and Harold Lewis; her husband Roger Likens; and her sister Joyce Probus. She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Likens (Carla) of Shepherdsville, KY and Ronnie (Roxie Likens) of Evansville, IN; her sister Mary Nell Higdon of Rineyville, KY.; her son Timothy Likens; and her brother Wayne Likens. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren & 7 great-grandchildren.
