He is survived by: his wife Amelia Rose Bowman; his daughters, Julie Ann Bowman of Louisville, Darla Dawn Burbank (Fred Jr.) of Shepherdsville and Angela Sue Bowman of Louisville; his brother John Arthur Bowman; and his grandchildren, Cara Walls (Michael) and Fred Burbank III (Carolyn). He is also survived by several family members and friends.
