It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Wayne Lewis of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Mann Lewis; his parents, Roy Lewis and Flossie Lewis; and his grandsons, Jason King and Justin Mahaffey.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Lewis (Dana) and Diane King; his grandchildren, Tonya King (Bethany), Tara Lewis, Josh Lewis (Justin) and Jenna Lancaster (Patrick); and his great grandchildren, Isaak, Katherine, Jason, Anthony, Jayda, Jayla and Jace.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Kosair Children's Charities and donations to Children in Flight Scholarship to be given out in Mr. Lewis' name are appreciated.
