He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Felgar and Pearl Felgar. He is survived by: his wife Linda Felgar; his children, Larry Mark Felgar of Newport, KY, Michael Kirk Felgar of Shepherdsville and Amber Jael Felgar of Delmar, FL; his sisters, Judy Romero of California and Cheryl Felgar of California; and his grandchildren, Scott, Kristina, Christina, Kristen, Kayden Felgar, Nevah, Katlyn and Riley.
