Washington; his children, Carolyn Glasscock of Shepherdsville, Nickolas Smith of Shepherdsville and Alyssa Smith of Shepherdsville; his siblings, Janet Smith, DeeDee Shallcross (Mark), Todd Smith (Connie) and Jason Hardin; and his grandchildren, Anthony Foley and Destiny Glasscock.
