He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Woosley and Mary Katherine West Woosley; and his siblings, Gary Woosley and Kathy Woosley. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Woosley; his children, Shannon Church (Thomas) and Michael Woosley (Kim); his grandchildren, Brooke Schuble, Austin Kelman, Katelyn Woosley and Hunter Church; and his brother Ronnie Woosley (Carol). He is also survived by nieces, nephews a other dear family and friends.
