He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcom "Dirty" Hasting and Mildred Hasting (Nichols); his wife Mary Lou Hasting (Quiggins); and his brothers, Jerome Hasting and Eric Hasting.
He is survived by: his children, Annette Gagel (Billy) and Steven Hasting (Misty); his grandchildren, Christopher (Amy), Amber (Mike), Ashtyn (Sebastian), Hannah Shay, Kyle (Celeste), Hanna Leigh (Brandon) and Bridget Haburne; his great grandchildren, Lennyn, Phoebe, Felicity, Khloe, Brantley, Jaxson, Joseph, Braeson, Blake, Brinkley, Braeyln, Lyla and Lainey; his siblings, Audrey Hasting "Mac" (Louise), Tommy Hasting (Pat), Carol Bishop (Craig) and Phyllis Perkinson (Greg); and his pets, Monty and Toby.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home.
