He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Kirk and Martha Anderson. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Mark Kirk (April), Dana Dixon (Donald), Jennifer Tice (Jeff), Mike Phillips, Chris Phillips, Amy Smalley (Josh) and David Kirk. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
