He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Duvall and Gladys Duvall; and his grandson Chase Warren. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Duvall; his children, Tracy Birkhead (Lewis), Nikki Duvall, Eric Ford (Heather), Kim Warren Sandlin (Jeff), Joe Warren (Mary), Jessica Enyard (Michael) and Joshua Garrett (Janet); his sister Patricia Duvall; his nephew Chris; his niece Michelle; and his pet Willow. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Kentucky Humane Society in Kenny's memory.
