He was predeceased by: his wife Reba Cotton Blair; his son David Blair; and his son-in-law Paul Robards. He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Heckel (Steve), Susan Robards, Donna Tomlin (Chris) and Connie Michelle Gambrel (Marc). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
