He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Donald N. Herb; his children, Jeremy Herb (Kerry) of Mount Washington and Ayla Schoenhoff (Orville) of Shepherdsville; his mother Martha Herb of Louisville; his siblings, Gary Herb (Joy) of Louisville, Valerie Ragland (Prentice) of La Grange and Dale Herb (Karen) of Prospect; and his grandsons, Vincent Schoenhoff and Kane Lucey. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
