She was predeceased by: her parents, John Connelly and Mary Connelly (Garthwaite). She is survived by: her husband Dale Mulhall; her daughters, Erin Woodham (Alan), Gina Earle (Tim) and Jessica Lucas (Jeremy); her stepchildren, Craig Mulhall, April Patterson (Josh) and Keith Mulhall (Sara); her grandchildren, Eliza, Julianne, Sydney, Blair, Emily, Ethan, Trent and Tyler; her brother Pat Connelly (Shirley); and her pet Sheba.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kentucky Humane Society in honor of Kathy are appreciated.
