It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Susan Fowler (Shepherdsville, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 19, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Bird and Virginia Higginbotham; and her sister Nancy Monroe. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her daughter Stephanie Dickey (Jeff); her siblings, Bonnie Harris (Billy), Anita Fisher, Garland Bird Jr. (Tracy) and Joe Dawes; her grandchildren, Brad Robinson (Caitlin) and Tori Slavik (Bryce); and her great grandchildren, Clark, Nolan, Annabel Robinson, Illeon and Caspian Slavik. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and close friends.
