With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Colleen Fraley (Shepherdsville, Kentucky), born in Decota, West Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2018 at the age of 67. She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Carlisle, Robert Fraley and Paul Summers; and her nieces and nephews, Carol Randel, Jamie Randel, Glen Randel, Kristin Randel, Brian Randel, Cody Randel, Jessie Randel and Paul Randel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and a host of other dear family and friends.
