With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Wayne Miller (Shepherdsville, Kentucky), born in Fairdale, Kentucky, who passed away on October 6, 2021 at the age of 59. He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Brooks; and his stepfather Keith Brooks. He is survived by: his father Downs; his wife Toni Miller (Lawson); his children, Sheila Luckenbill (Bill) and David Miller (Beverly); and his sister Tammy McAllister (Ricky). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson.
