He is survived by: his wife Rita Dishon Thompson; his children, Todd Thompson of Louisville, Laura Dishon and Chris Dishon of Shepherdsville; his siblings, Cheryl Givens (Mark), Bill Thompson (Cindy), Judy Thompson, Maria Keith (Joe), Gary Thompson (Pam) and Bonnie Givens (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Thompson, Ray Thompson, Brandon Dishon, Riley Moore and Ella Dishon.
