He was predeceased by: his mother Lorna Floyd; and his brother Josh Mattingly. He is survived by: his wife Candace Shinault; his children, Annastazja G. Casey and Joseph "Daniel" Casey; and his sisters, Stella Mattingly (Sashly Pham), Dianna Stover (Wayne) and Tammy Patterson (Paul). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
