He was predeceased by: his parents, John W., Sr. and Mary Wiederkehr (Hughes). He is survived by: his wife Linda Wiederkehr (Hillebrand); and his son Tim Wiederkehr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rita Catholic Church (8709 Preston Hwy, Louisville, KY 40219).
