He is survived by: his children, Steven Perkins (Anita) and Karen Stallings (Mike); his grandsons, Tyler Stallings and Ted Perkins (Andrea); and his great grandchildren, Emma and Luke Perkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
