He was predeceased by: his parents, John I. and Frances Holt. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hardin Holt; his sons, John Alan (Katrina) and Roger Craig Holt (Lisa); his grandchildren, Monica C. Holt, Anthony Holt (Jessica), Whitney Hodges (Josh) and Wade Alan Holt; his great grandchildren, Avery Holt, Easton Holt, Josie Hodges and Lyndi Hodges; and his brother-in-law Norris Hardin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
